Not a bad place, ordered pizza in the morning, cooked in 15 minutes

Everything we tried was very tasty. The coffee too. The prices are very affordable and in line with the taste.

Nous avons mangé des Tramezzino réchauffés et froids , une croquette de pomme de terre froide...seul le baba était bon...Pour une fois les bières n'étaient pas trop chères (6 Euros quand même une 20 cl). La serveuse désagréable : nous avons pris 2 expresso sans le verre d'eau fraiche traditionnel, je l'ai réclamé et je ne l'ai jamais eu... A éviter même si vous aves faim.

In Italy, small hotels or BnB have agreements with bars in the neighborhood so, instead of offering a breakfast service, they give you vouchers to have breakfast at these places. I like the concept and I think it's a win-win, as the hotel doesn't have to worry about food stocks and the guests can have fresh food and drinks, and probably more options. 👍 That was the case at our hotel in Napoli 🇮🇹 and the vouchers took us to Caffetteria Monzù, around the corner of our hotel. We could pick 3 items each so we basically had a hot drink and 2 pastries each (too much food!). 🙏 They had a lot of choices and were very arranging, offering alternatives to our son whose indecision almost scared me (choosing took him about 10 minutes, after which he wasn't satisfied yet! 😱). The pastries were good, not the best ever, but more than decent. I, of course, picked things filled with pistachio and I liked everything I tried. 😋 That's one of the things I like about Italy 🇮🇹: you can pretty much go to any cafe and have fresh and good pastries 🥐 to go with your (also good) coffee ☕ for an affordable price. I just wish they didn't use ricotta 🧀 that much... that's almost an obsession! 😅 As I said, the clerks were very nice (and patient!) and I liked the look of the venue. It looks exactly like what I envision when I think about a cafe in Italy 🇮🇹. En Italia, los hoteles pequeños o BnB tienen acuerdos con bares del barrio por lo que, en lugar de ofrecer un servicio de desayuno, te dan vales para desayunar en estos lugares. Me gusta el concepto y creo que es un ganar - ganar, ya que el hotel no tiene que preocuparse por las existencias de alimentos y los huéspedes pueden tener alimentos y bebidas frescas, y probablemente más opciones. Ese fue el caso en nuestro hotel en Napoli 🇮🇹 y los vales nos llevaron a la Caffetteria Monzù, a la vuelta de la esquina de nuestro hotel. Pudimos escoger 3 artículos cada uno así que básicamente tuvimos una bebida caliente y 2 pasteles cada uno (demasiada comida! ). 🙏 Tenían muchas opciones y eran muy arreglistas, ofreciendo alternativas a nuestro hijo cuya indecisión casi me asusta (elegir le llevó unos 10 minutos, ¡después de lo cual no estaba satisfecho todavía! 😱). Los pasteles eran buenos, no el mejor de todos, pero más que decente. Yo, por supuesto, elegí cosas llenas de pistacho y me gustó todo lo que probé. 😋 Esa es una de las cosas que más me gusta de Italia 🇮🇹: puedes ir a cualquier cafetería y tomar pasteles frescos y buenos 🥐 para acompañar tu (también buen) café ☕ por un precio asequible. Desearía que no usaran tanto la ricota 🧀... ¡eso es casi una obsesión! 😅 Como dije, los empleados eran muy agradables (y pacientes! ) y me gustó el aspecto del lugar. Se parece exactamente a lo que imagino cuando pienso en un café en Italia 🇮🇹. A brief invigorating stop in this place found by chance, we tasted some really good puff pastries, but the biscuits with pistachio cream were also worth it. Smiling and jovial staff, honest prices.
