Gran Caffè L'Ulivo In Sonnino

We visited this restaurant surrounded by greenery last week. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the waiter (an excellent conductor) took us on an extraordinary journey of authentic flavors, each course prepared with care and dedication. The appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses was delicious, followed by a succulent steak (Rubia) that melted in the mouth and was perfectly cooked. I recommend this place to lovers of good food.

We stopped by chance, and it was a great choice. The food was carefully prepared and presented.

The food, the meat, the steaks, the tiramisu, even the strawberry lemon ice cream… everything was fantastic! The steaks are prepared by a pro who's known how to handle meat since the '90s! Cooked to perfection on the unique grill! The wine selection is also superb! The premises are spotless. I was able to see the cleanliness of the kitchen for myself. You absolutely must try the tiramisu! It's prepared right on the spot and is the freshest I've ever eaten! I could list countless other things, but you have to experience it for yourself. And the two chefs themselves: a truly remarkable life story!

The food is exceptional and the owners are wonderful people. Definitely worth a try.
