Giving 5 stars because they have Pistachio sorbet ice cream, and I've never seen it anywhere else. It's brilliant. Definitely try it if you're nearby

The restaurant is located right near the castle entrance, at the entrance to the historic center. We ordered an espresso and a shaken coffee, and for dessert, a delicious pasticciotto con crema, sitting at one of the tables in front of the windows overlooking the sea. The waitress was very kind and helpful, even giving us recommendations for lunch.

A slightly hidden place but with exceptional products like the almond sorbet and the truly traditional coffee granita with cream... the ice cream is also worth it.

I had the coffee granita with cream. It's obviously not up to the standard of what you get in Sicily, but the cream was very good. The price was high and the quantity was minimal.

OUR USUAL ANNUAL APPOINTMENT FOR AN ALMOND SORBET. IT'S NOW A RITUAL THAT'S LASTED FOR YEARS AND YEARS, AND I'VE BEEN ABLE TO NOTE SEVERAL FACTORS THAT HAVE LED ME NOT TO AWARD FULL STARS THIS TIME. 1) THE DROPPING PRICE RISK 2) THE SERVICE INFLUENCES DEPENDING ON WHO I FIND; IF I ORDER 4 SORBETS OR 4 LECCESI COFFEE (for example...) I DON'T FIND IT FAIR THAT THEY DON'T BRING ME (AS HAS ALWAYS BEEN DONE) THE SAME GLASSES OF WATER (even tap water...) WHEN, ON THE CONTRARY, THEY HAVE BEEN BROUGHT NEXT TO MY TABLE... AND I DON'T HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM, BUT THE SERVICE ITSELF SHOULD PROVIDE FOR THEM!!! 3) COMPARED TO OTHER YEARS IN THE PAST, I HAVE ALSO NOTICED A SLIGHT DECLINE IN THE QUALITY OF THIS BAR'S STRONG POINT, SPECIFICALLY THE ALMOND SORBET...

Nice place to have a coffee and some dessert or a brunch. It's located near the entrance of the Gallipoli Castello, in one corner of an early 20th century grand hallway building.

An oasis of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of the historic center. Delicious sorbets, a special cream not to be missed. Beautiful view during the day!

For me, it's a must-see 😃 Their almond and pistachio sorbet with artisanal cream is an explosion of flavor, an ancient taste. The staff are friendly and smiling, and the view is breathtaking.
