I have been a customer of Grancaffe for many years. I have always found courtesy and availability, from all the staff. Always super kind, polite and attentive guys but special attention to Alessio. The barista who makes the difference, the classic phrase "My barista is different"! Empathetic guy, kind, polite and always joking but never over the top. In short, a pleasure to come there. A hug to all the staff, keep it up guys!!!
