Late May dinner at the Pentumas Restaurant in Punta Aldia, elegant with a view of the sea, refined creative cuisine, dishes of superfine taste, original combinations that give the dishes a delicate, exquisite, I would say unique flavor. The wines are of great depth, a variety of the best Sardinian and international vines. Delicious, delicate, satisfying dessert. The presentation of the dishes follows a very refined and imaginative aesthetic. The service is of a high level, impeccable, maximum cordiality, availability and professionalism, coordinated by the very talented Mauro.
Highly recommended for fine palates and lovers of high-level cuisine.

We went to this restaurant in Puntaldia this evening and the experience was truly beautiful. The venue immediately strikes you with its attention to detail and refined atmosphere, located in a splendid small square overlooking the port: perfect for a special evening.
The service was impeccable: professional, attentive and always with a smile. The food is of excellent quality, with carefully prepared dishes and top-quality artisanal ingredients. Each course was a small masterpiece, combining taste and presentation.
Special thanks to Ivano and all the staff, for the hospitality, passion and care that make this place truly unique.

An unforgettable gastronomic experience – excellence in every aspect
Returning to this restaurant is always a pleasure, but this year the experience exceeded all expectations. We have been frequenting this place for several years, but we immediately noticed an advantage: we were told that the chef now has greater creative freedom in the kitchen, and it shows. If in past years everything was already excellent, today we are faced with an even higher level.
We started with a revisited vitello tonnato with beef tartare: refined, surprising, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Followed by a tasty, enveloping, absolutely impeccable spaghetti with mussels and bottarga. But not only that: even vegetarian dishes such as pea soup with burrata and lemon or pasta with tomato sauce won over for their intensity, freshness and finesse.
The quality of the raw materials is very high, and many products are home-made: homemade oil, Sardinian salt, vegetables, tomatoes and bread prepared with care and passion. The oil served with the focaccia deserves a special mention: aromatic, fragrant, with a unique character that makes it memorable.
The location is breathtaking, elegant and welcoming, and the staff is simply exceptional: a service of a large hotel of the highest level, with class, preparation and constant, but always discreet, attention.
Even the aesthetics of the table is taken care of down to the smallest detail: we literally fell in love with the crockery, plates and saucers, chosen with taste and perfectly in harmony with the environment.
Finally, the prices are absolutely in line with the level of the offer: very high quality, exclusive location and first-rate service fully justify the bill.
A real gem, a point of reference, an experience to live and relive. Highly recommended.
