From the moment we walked in, we were treated to an absolutely incredible dining experience. Every detail was handled with such care and attention, making us feel truly special. This is a restaurant I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a night of delight. We started our meal with the chef's "tastes of the world" aperitif, which was a delicious journey presented in a suitcase. This delightful experience was perfectly complemented by a local Sardinian sparkling wine. For our main courses, we chose the risotto and spaghetti, and both dishes were outstanding. The flavors were so vibrant and memorable that I know I'll be dreaming about them! But the surprises didn't stop there. We were also treated to an amuse-bouche of gazpacho, served alongside the best focaccia I have ever tasted. We also savored a flaky, pumpkin pastry with a delectable sun-dried tomato filling. The service was impeccable. Our server, Luca, was so attentive and knowledgeable. He provided thorough explanations for each item, even sharing details about the local Sardinian sourcing of the ingredients, right down to the specific farms where they were grown. To top it all off, we ended our meal with a heavenly tiramisu and were surprised with an additional treasure chest filled with an assortment of delicious desserts. The beautiful plating and presentation of every dish only enhanced the incredible flavors and exceptional service. We are so happy we decided to visit tonight and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for an absolutely perfect evening!

Fine, white beach... crystal clear water

We visited this restaurant one evening and chose to try the tasting menu, which features a very interesting and detailed menu prepared by the chef. Refined dishes with excellent pairings and high-quality ingredients. It was a wonderful experience throughout the entire dinner. The only downside is the short distance between tables, which robs customers of privacy and makes it more difficult for the staff to work (e.g., customers having to stand up and/or move their chairs to allow waiters to pass, and staff not having enough space to place trays to serve food at the table). This is due to the numerous tables in a space that is not large enough to accommodate them. This is the reason for the 2-star AMBIENCE award.
