Very quiet location and less touristy and chaotic than the beaches of Capri. We stayed on the free part of the cliff and then went up to the lido for an aperitif. Really beautiful and relaxing location.

The advice is to leave by boat from the port of Capri, head towards the Blue Grotto and enjoy the intense blue that has enchanted the world. After this natural wonder, go ashore and follow the path that leads to the Lido di Gradola: here time seems to slow down. Before sitting down at the table, stop for a glamorous drink at the Dior pop-up store: a touch of elegance in perfect Capri style. Then, take a seat at the family-run Ristorante Da Tonino: a real gem. The atmosphere is simple but refined, the service warm and the dishes... a continuous surprise. Must-try: • The meatballs: crispy on the outside, soft and tasty on the inside. Comfort food par excellence. • The mixed grills: perfectly cooked, with a grilled scent that opens your stomach just by smelling it. • And above all, the grilled amberjack: very fresh, tender, cooked to perfection and seasoned with good oil and lemon. A dish that tastes of the sea and of home. All at reasonable prices, considering the location and the quality. A place where you will gladly return, with the desire to taste something new every time. Rating: 9/10 – Unmissable if you love the real Capri, that of the sea, of authentic flavors and sincere hospitality.

Gorgeous view, excellent service, and delicious, fresh seafood. Spicy Linguine lobster seafood has the best sauce. The fried seafood is fresh. Enjoyed the lunch here totally.

19/05/2025: A very good restaurant that deserves its place in the guides, especially the Routard. The food is good, especially if you like seafood and Neapolitan cuisine. The pasta is cooked perfectly, al dente of course. A menu that's not too long is a good sign. The service was excellent and charming; we received salt and pepper the minute we asked for them. A very good experience, ideal for a dinner for two in May.
17/05/2025: Fantastic dinner here. Not sure if we caught them on a great day but the place was empty so glad we were able to catch a meal here. We started with the artichoke and octopus, both an excellent entry to our meal. Then we split the spaghetti with anchovy sauce, very well served even when split for two. It was great in flavor, not harsh in anchovies, could have done more in my opinion. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Then we got the sea bass and blue fish, perfectly plated and seasoned. Amazing meal all together. We finished it off with their tiramisu and strawberry granita, what a great ending to a terrific meal. Thank you to all the staff and chefs for creating something so memorable.

Rendez Vous

16/03/2025: Group of 6 people, we stayed 7 days during a ski mountaineering trip, in February 2024. At the Rendez Vous Hotel we find all the charm of the Aosta Valley: good, genuine Valdotan family cuisine and a simple, warm welcome. Very good value for money half board. Central hotel in the valley, very well located for getting around. A good address. I returned there, under the same conditions, in January and February 2025, with two groups, for a stay, each of one week, of ski mountaineering. Always the same assessment: very warm welcome, comfort, cuisine, etc. I confirm, a very good address with excellent value for money.
24/02/2025: I stayed for three nights in this hotel with my partner. 3 star hotel, very nice, renovated, clean. Very nice wooden rooms in Alpine style. There is also the possibility of using the spa. Excellent and plentiful cuisine with typical Aosta Valley dishes. Breakfast is both sweet - with homemade cakes and delicious jams - and savory with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. Thanks go to the owners who have always given us excellent advice to make the most of our holiday.
