Location magica, personale competente e affabile, atmosfera romantica e cibo strepitoso. Cucina di un certo livello, pensata, calibrata, ricercata e lavorata da mani sapienti e competenti. Se si vuole vivere una food experience di alto livello, il Gradale è il posto giusto.

Soggiornando nel castello abbiamo cenato per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio in questo eccezionale ristorante. Siamo stati accolti dal caposala Simone..molto accogliente e simpatico che ci ha offerto due calici di prosecco per brindare. Alla sera tavolo con luce soffusa.. bellissima atmosfera..abbiamo preso un nido di rondine con crema e spolverata di scaglie di tartufo.. era un piatto strepitoso di alta qualità. Consiglio a tutti di sperimentarlo questo luogo meraviglioso!! Grazie mille per la serata e complimenti

Formal but not too formal atmosphere, nice atmosphere experienced in the evening at an outdoor dinner on the castle terrace. Excellent service, varied menu, excellent food and fair portions. Splendid view of Perugia. The castle in excellent condition and the swimming pool make this location an exclusive residence if you are looking for 5-star relaxation. Highly recommended

Magnificent view of the city and countryside from the terrace. This restaurant is located in the beautiful gardens of the Castello di Monterone hotel. Good service. Unfortunately, the cuisine is not at all up to par with the place. This is one of the poorest meals (dinner) we have had in recent years in Italy (we come here on average once a year). On the other hand, the breakfast served there is absolutely excellent and varied.

I made a reservation for 20 people on a Sunday at lunch. They were very nice to open for lunch even if on Sunday they work only for dinner. The location is amazing there is a balcony with a spectacular view of Perugia and the countryside. The food excellent and very well presented , nice wine and the service professional, attentive and cordial. If you plan to celebrate an event you can definitely take this place in consideration, your guests will be very pleased. I didn’t give 5 stars because at the last minute one of my guest didn’t come and they charged me for this guest anyway. It didn’t seem to be ok since we spent almost 1500Euros . Anyway this is the only negative note. The rest overall was really great!

26/11/2024: Spectacular dinner!!! It wasn't clear from the outside but once we entered we immediately realized that the atmosphere was warm (in every sense haha ​​Maldives style temperature) a very welcoming place. The guy who took our order was really smart, professional but also approachable at the same time. Credit goes to all the staff, really good! What can I say, the starters were really GOOD, but the meat, gentlemen... SPACE!!!! The off-menu items that were recommended to us were scary stuff. Delicious, quality meat, brought to the table before cooking to choose whether the cut was fine. A really good move, for me who worked in the sector they only confirmed what I thought. Well done. Keep it up, I'll come back to see you as soon as possible since you also have GLUTEN-FREE options!!!!!! I really recommend it to all lovers of good food. You are great!!
23/11/2024: Courteous and helpful staff. Very nice place. Had a great meal. Very good crostini appetizer, the typical focaccia, had a good first course with cacio e pepe, and from the off-menu a very good and very large breaded chicken. Prices seemed average to me, certainly fair. There were many other delicious things off the menu, I will definitely be back to try something else.
