Overall, a nice restaurant. Although some things could use some work, such as the dining room service, which I found unprofessional. The dishes we were served were good, but my risotto was decidedly too sweet. The prices are definitely too high for the type of cuisine they offer. The location is very beautiful, but it's not enough to make up for the rest. The potential is there, but some things could be improved.

Expectations were not met given the setting of the adjacent Castello (hotel). The hotel's location is very beautiful and offers a spectacular view, but the restaurant is less so, although pleasant enough. The waiters were kind and friendly, but the food, in some dishes, was a bit tired (with wilted accompanying vegetables).

Beautiful place. Gradale Restaurant, Monterone Castle We ate truly quality food, the meat was exquisite! The restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful. We even took a tour there and it was fantastic. You can rent rooms. It's also great for ceremonies; in fact, there was a group of English people there who were celebrating their wedding the next day. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful

Very nice place, although some details could be improved (for example, the menus could be cleaned up). The food is good, but some of the flavors are a bit off-putting.

My wife and I dined here for her birthday. We really appreciated the table service and the friendliness and expertise of the staff. We were very satisfied with our meal. The Colfiorito potato croquettes with pecorino cream and truffle were a pleasant surprise. The first courses and desserts were also excellent. We can't help but mention the beautiful view of Perugia.

11/01/2026: Quality meat. Very nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the dining room was poorly heated. We ordered a Florentine steak, which we'd asked for about 1 kg for two, but ended up paying 1.6 kg. This could be clarified further.

05/04/2025: Proposte menù molto buone, tradizionali ma con una voglia anche a sperimentare e rivisitare; materie prime ottime! Antipasti davvero sfiziosi e buoni, così come i primi e la carne! Location molto bella con una vista pazzesca! Personale davvero gentile ed attento! Ci si tornerà sicuramente!
07/03/2025: Situato su un poggio con splendida vista della città di Assisi raggiungibile dopo una salita tortuosa, appare molto curato negli esterni e ancora più affascinante nella sala ristorante al primo piano. Servizio professionale e cortese con personale giovane. Carina l’idea di ingannare l’attesa con l’assaggio di varie monocultivar di olio con pane adatto all’assaggio. Cestino del pane eccellente. Cannolo di caprino gustoso con vago sapore di miele. Zuppa di legumi sciapa e fusillone buono anche se anche in questo caso non particolarmente gustoso. Conto corretto con l’utilizzo di ingredienti di qualità.
