08/03/2025: During our stay near the lake, my partner and I, coming from Rome, had the pleasure of discovering an exceptional restaurant, booked through TheFork. The experience was nothing short of memorable, thanks to a welcoming atmosphere and a well-kept environment. Being a barbecue place, our attention was focused on the meat, which proved to be of superb quality and cooked to perfection, according to our preferences (rare). The restaurant offers the possibility to choose between three levels of marbling, with options varying daily. We opted for medium marbling, selecting a Scottish cut, as the Polish cut with the highest marbling didn't particularly inspire us. I would like to express my appreciation to the chef, whose kindness and expertise enriched our experience. He showed us the cooking technique used, which involves a grill specially designed to allow the wood smoke to adhere to the meat, giving it an intense and delicious flavour. A nice touch was the rosemary infused oil, which further enhanced the flavor of the meat. Although we had considered adding a side dish, we preferred to focus on the meat so as not to weigh us down. However, I highly recommend the starters, especially the bacon-wrapped tomino and the pecorino with truffle, both excellent. To accompany dinner, we enjoyed a local house wine, which won us over so much that we decided to buy it today.
