We chose this ice cream parlor based on the good reviews and were not disappointed. The ice cream tasted very good. It's a bit of a shame that we had to pay €2 for a small amount of yogurt ice cream for our dog, even though we only took half a cup. Other shops offer it for free, and I'm happy to tip them there... Just a small suggestion for improvement 😉

I just tried two flavors of your gelato: pistachio and tiramisu. Actually, they were only different in color; there wasn't a strong pistachio flavor, not even a tiramisu flavor—I was eating something sweet and cold. My hope for wow-gelato wasn't fulfilled. The staff, however, is truly kind and unforgettable. Ahead of questions: no, there's no coronavirus.

09/12/2025: Not only was the food excellent: the treatment we received from the owner and her staff was nothing short of fabulous. On our first day, we arrived when the kitchen was already closed. We'd just come from a long journey, and the owner immediately noticed how tired we were. Despite the hour, she prepared us a delicious pasta dish with parmigiana sauce (plenty of it and excellent, in true Neapolitan tradition!) 😍 The staff, incredibly friendly and always smiling, were very attentive and friendly during service, always stopping by to check if everything was okay and if we needed anything. 🤗 Given the welcome and the good food, we returned the next day and ordered a carbonara paired with a Tuscan red wine: once again, the service and ingredients were top-notch! Plus, while we waited for our first course, they offered us delicious fried gnocco with tomato sauce. 🤤 We recommend anyone passing by to stop by Vittoria Bistrot, as not only do they offer quality products, but the hospitality and attention of the entire staff make you feel right at home. Thank you, Vittoria Bistrot, as soon as we're back in the area, we'll be back! 🤩🥰 Carmen and Karen 🫶
