An experience to repeat! The restaurant environment is elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special evening, but also for a dinner with friends. A friend and I, both vegan, were very surprised by the availability of the chef, who created for us many alternatives to the dishes on the menu, and constantly made sure that they were to our liking. At our table there was also a person with celiac disease, the staff proved to be extremely attentive to his needs, making sure that everything was gluten-free. Impeccable service and attention to detail that is not easily found. The menu of drinks paired with the different courses is beautiful. We'll be back!

Superlative dinner! We had a great time the best sushi I've ever eaten. Perfect atmosphere and service (Edo is an incredible host) both for dinner with friends and for a romantic evening. Particular attention is also paid to celiac patients and vegan and vegetarian requests. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite sushi in Padua is definitely the Gold Of Baessato. At least once every 15 days I bring my wife, because it is a strategic place for a special dinner. The only negative aspect is the lack of parking, which can be a bit inconvenient, but once you arrive, the sushi makes every effort worth it! The quality of the raw materials is excellent, even for the raw fish, and each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail. I particularly appreciate their rolls, always fresh and tasty. It is not the classic sushi where the menu is limited only to fish: here you can also enjoy very original cooked dishes, perfect for those looking for something different. Another strong point of the Gold is the selection of wines, truly particular and well cared for. And to end the evening on a high note, I highly recommend the cocktails, in particular the various gin selections, prepared with great skill. The staff is knowledgeable and always attentive, making each visit a pleasant and relaxing experience. For me it is a fixed stop, both as a couple and with friends.
