My partner and I love oriental cuisine and, in particular, sushi. For this reason, at least once a week we go to our local restaurant or order takeaway. However, when, in addition to quality sushi, we want to treat ourselves to a special experience, we know perfectly well that there is no better place than Gold of Baessato: by far the best sushi and Japanese cuisine restaurant in Padua (I would even venture in Veneto). The products are of the highest quality, the environment is refined and elegant with attention to service and customer care. This evening we experienced a true journey into the world of sushi, relying on the experience of Edoardo, who guided us on a surprising culinary journey. The quality of the fish was excellent, with very fresh raw materials that melted in your mouth. Each dish was a perfect balance of flavors and textures, with innovative and refined combinations that made the experience unique. The atmosphere of the place was welcoming and with attention to detail, perfect for enjoying top-level sushi. The impeccable service and the chef's passion made the evening even more special.

If you are looking for an authentic Japanese cuisine experience, Gold is the right place. Impeccable sushi, service, location. I recommend pairing their cocktails with dinner by having the barman make them, amazing.
