07/09/2025: Introduction: Stunning location. I think the outdoor space is the most beautiful I've ever seen for a pub, truly unique with a view of the Roman theater. Excellent food. But, I hope I can be of some help, the service is 1-star, and not the fault of the staff, who I believe do their best. You can't have 3-4 people managing 80-100 covers, endless waits to order, to receive the food, take orders, interrupted for the bill, and then resume. In short, it's sad to see the staff so busy, and the dinner suffers as a result, leaving a slightly bitter taste in the mouth. It's truly a shame, because the whole thing could be truly perfect.
