Our only mistake was not booking, as we had to settle for the servings. Otherwise, a wide selection of fish and meat dishes. Prices are reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. Every time I go to Genoa, it's a must.

It's definitely worth treating yourself to a good lunch at Gnam Gnam. The restaurant isn't very large inside, but it's welcoming and charming. In the summer, you can eat on the terrace overlooking the sea—beautiful! My husband and I went there a week ago on a rainy day. It's a shame, but the warm welcome from the owner and her staff was truly a pleasant surprise, not to mention the variety on the menu (takeout is also available). We ordered the seafood paella, which was good, but the octopus tentacles with a side of vegetables were exceptional. If you're passing through Quinto al Mare, I highly recommend it! Anna

The terrace overlooking the sea is definitely the restaurant's strong point. Even in January, we ate outside in our sweaters. It's a delicatessen; what you see is what you get. Excellent octopus and potatoes, excellent fish, good wine, and courteous, helpful service. We'll be back.
