Glutenfree Roma In Roma

14/09/2025: This is probably the fifth pizzeria we've been to on our vacation, though the only one in Tivoli. I don't usually post reviews, but our palates rated the pizza here the highest, so it's worth recommending this place to others. The pizza here had the best crust, including the gluten-free options. We enjoyed it and would happily return there again. :-) It turns out that pizza in Italy isn't so obvious. It's sad to say this to the masters of this specialty, but I've eaten tastier food in Poland than in Rome. For pizza, go to Tivoli!

06/09/2025: A real discovery! The pizzeria is very welcoming, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The fried foods are truly excellent, crispy and light, perfect for starting dinner... especially the supplì, which are reminiscent of the ones from days gone by! The selection of pizzas is wide and varied: from the great classics to more unusual combinations, all made with fresh, quality ingredients. A great added bonus is the option to choose from a variety of doughs, well-leavened and easy to digest, which makes the experience even more interesting. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to offer advice: attentive service makes all the difference. Ultimately, a place worth trying, and one I'll gladly return to! 🍕✨
