I had the pleasure of trying various products from this bakery and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the offerings. From fragrant sandwiches to soft and tasty desserts, each product is made with care and with high quality ingredients. One of the aspects I appreciated most is the attention to food safety: the laboratory is entirely dedicated to gluten-free production, eliminating any risk of contamination. Furthermore, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions about the ingredients used. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rediscover the pleasure of good bread or dessert without compromise. A true point of reference for the gluten-free community!

Acceptable quality standard for Gluten-free, but high prices. To be clear, a box with 5 biscuits (fans) costs 5 euros....and the industrial ones available in pharmacies are better. The shallow pizza is good, especially the one with potatoes and courgettes.

Excellent quality!! My favorite when it comes to pizza, sandwiches and desserts. The cost is a little higher than the average in Rome but the quality is high and above all the taste is unique. It doesn't feel like you're eating gluten free at all! I'm happy to drive an hour (with Rome traffic, I'll leave you to imagine) to get to them! Congratulations to the employees, the owners, everyone!!!

ho letto varie recensioni che mi lasciano perplessa in particolar modo quella scritta sulle zeppole di San Giuseppe. Si il costo di 8 euro l'una sembra alto ma il prodotto è ottimo, la pasta morbida e il ripieno squisito. Non vengono utilizzate farine deglutinate e questa è una grande cosa. Personamente trovo i dolci la pizza e ogni loro prodotto ottimo. preferisco pagare leggermente di più considerando anche le dimensioni della zeppola (ci potevano mangiare due persone).ottimo forno in cui andare. Pasticceria, bar, biscottificio, pizzeria e quanto altro tutto senza glutine, puoi mangiare sia sul posto che portarlo via. All'interno del locale c'è uno spazio con tavolini dove puoi sederti tranquillamente e mangiare. Il personale è molto gentile e la qualità dei prodotti veramente buona. Da non perdere i loro dolci senza glutine. Da provare

Pastry shop, bar, biscuit shop, pizzeria and much more, all gluten-free, you can eat either on site or take it away. Inside the restaurant there is a space with tables where you can sit quietly and eat. The staff is very friendly and the quality of the products is really good. Don't miss their gluten-free desserts. Must try.

I purchased cakes for a birthday, two different types and without booking them, and I am very satisfied. Aside from the goodness of the cakes, I was amazed by the variety of savory products not offered at the counter. Truly a paradise for those who need gluten free foods! The value for money is also excellent. Highly recommended!

26/08/2024: I'll update the review... we often went here to lo spichione, the other day we hadn't been there for a year, higher prices and it may be due to the price increases, but less seasoning less mozzarella on a giant pizza, and also less full-bodied as before, I repeat it may be due to the price but at least that the quality remains the same as before, yes... honestly, I don't think we'll go back

18/08/2024: We went for lunch on mid-August and the room is not very large and it was full and this fits us, also because the food was good, the waiter was very kind, he thanked us for the patience we had, because we waited a long time before we needed them, in fact we were the last to leave. But do we want to talk about the air conditioners that weren't cool at all and we died from the heat? We were all with the fan, I'm just saying that we went outside to get a little air. We were told that there were many of us and therefore..... But then we came back after two days for pizza in the evening and there were only a few of us in the room, so we thought we would be cool but instead, nothing terribly hot, lukewarm air was coming out of the air conditioner. No, sorry, you can't eat and sweat
