This review is more for me, so when I forget about the place in a while, I'll reread it and never return.
We came to this place because it was advertised on social media.
Friendly staff.
Good appetizers, but the pizza is perhaps too "advanced" for my taste and, in my opinion, too expensive.
The one I chose (pictured) was purposely presented in a cardboard box and, I must say, reminded me of the kind of low-quality pizza served at the auto grill.
Of course, taste is highly subjective.

I really enjoyed the pizza at Gli Artigiani di Gianluigi Rispo: the dough was light, fragrant, and very digestible, and it was perfectly cooked. The pizza flavors were also very tasty and unique, well-crafted and not banal.
The only downside was the wait, which was quite long despite the place not being particularly crowded at the time we arrived. For a while, it seemed like no pizza was coming out.
For two people, three pizzas and a water cost us €63, which was definitely not cheap. That said, for my tastes, it remains one of the best pizzas ever, and I would definitely return, because the dough is truly top-notch.

The place is a bit small but nice... impeccable service... pizza with a very light and easy-to-digest dough... the only flaw is the price, which is a bit too high; especially a sweet pizza can't cost 22 euros in my opinion....

I recently visited this pizzeria and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. The dough is light, well-leavened, and has that perfect crispy crust that really makes all the difference. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and you can taste it from the first bite: from the flavorful tomatoes to the stringy mozzarella, everything is carefully chosen.

Excellent pizza, very light dough. I always choose the same "Gli artigiani" and it's amazing. Top appetizers and exceptional desserts. The staff is fantastic, from the receptionist to the waiters. Catia, Antonella, and Luca are exceptional.

Fantastic pizzeria, welcoming staff. The meatballs and "Bosco Scuro" pizza were spectacular. Not to mention the "fake breakfast" dessert, which was breathtaking.

Tonight I had a delicious pizza at Gli Artigiani. The chef was very professional, Antonella was fantastic at welcoming us. CATIA was the best waitress!! The price was very fair for the quality of the products. The dough was a cloud. Congratulations!
