I really appreciated the sweet and salty combination of the Artigiani pizza. The pizzas offered in the menu represent a reinterpretation of tradition and some are born from a careful and continuous search for new flavors. Even the appetizers are presented in a new way and some, like the katsu Sandu, are truly excellent. Next time I will try the gastronomic path, in order to try a good part of the proposed experimentation. Truly very satisfied with my experience.

Nothing to say about the quality of the menu in general, good starters, pizzas and desserts.
The only flaw is the organization and the service, I waited 1 hour outside the venue with everything I had booked (I had booked at 10pm for 10 people) we all arrived more or less on time (at most the last 2 were a couple of minutes late) in the end we entered at 11pm and left at 1am, only us were left.
Great food, but they need to organize themselves better in general.
A big shame.

A super positive experience!
The exceptional pizza dough, super light and digestible, you can immediately feel that there is great care behind it.
The pizzas arrive at the table well cooked, fragrant and with quality ingredients.
The staff is courteous and the place is modern, welcoming, it feels really good.
Definitely a place to return to when you want to eat a pizza made to perfection!

Honestly among the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I've tried three different ones and they are really exciting. I didn't know the place and I was really surprised!
Super curious combinations were made but with excellent results! The pulled pork pizza with sweet and sour apple cream and the pizza with Angus and Teriyaki sauce were extraordinary with flavors never tried before!
You can see that there is someone who really thinks in the kitchen and I am very curious to know how your combinations are born.
Congratulations indeed!

Back, for the 3rd time. I discovered this pizzeria by chance, and I must say that discovery has never been more pleasant. Recently renovated, it has still maintained a warm and welcoming environment, the staff is courteous and helpful and special praise goes to the waiter, Vincenzo if I remember correctly, who entertains the diners with such courtesy and competence, giving particular attention to everyone without neglecting others. What about the products, excellent and quality, the first two times we tasted wonderful pasta omelettes, as well as an appetizer with pulled beef of which I would have eaten 3 more pizzas, cge fire?! spectacular for dough, balance of flavors and colors. They are beautiful, good and right, they don't weigh you down... not even the double-cooked ones. . Yesterday we tasted the amberjack tartare, really excellent and two stinks, the hatchet and the marghetita d'estste... both worth trying. The peculiarity of this place is not only in the ingredients, really high quality but in the mastery of the combination, it is truly a food that pampers you. Really everything is good, fair prices for the quality and care of the place.... last but not least the pear cognach.

I hadn't been there for a long time, I remembered an omelette with crumbled bacon on top, it was very good, tonight I returned with friends, a complete disappointment with a completely renewed menu for a pizzeria, an omelette with chickpea cream and mussels!!!!! with unrecognizable ingredients, croquettes that are beautiful to look at but combined with tasteless flavours, any advice? Come back with good and genuine dishes, and above all SIMPLE

Gli Artigiani is an authentic paradise for gourmet pizza lovers.
Personally I ordered a "The artisans"
an explosion of taste
characterized at the base by a reypender cream, pulled pork, annurca apple cream, raspberry cream, julienned apple and chilli powder, which probably described like this doesn't make sense but I can say that I was shocked by the individual flavors of each food which overall transformed a pizza into a PIZZA. My daughters opted for a "nail" which was also very elaborate and had a strong but at the same time delicate flavour, with sweet potato cream, provolone, smoked beef, teryaki sauce and Tabasco mayo. The environment is very well looked after in industry style details. Even the variety of beers are all definitely suited to the food on offer. It was an amazing dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.

Pizza ottima, prodotti ricercati e di qualità, ambiente tranquillo e cameriere disponibilissimo.
Consiglio la doppia cottura, una meraviglia per chi ama il crunchy.
Abbiamo prenotato tramite l’app The Fork e siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi.
