This is my second time back at Gli Artigiani, and I've been assured that it's a pizzeria far above average. Delicious pizzas, made with quality ingredients, and unusual yet surprising flavor combinations. There wasn't a single off note in anything we ate. There were two of us, and we tried the Chiodo and Freaky pizzas, both truly rich and flavorful. A true taste experience. We also shared the brownie with fior di latte gelato, which was also mouth-watering. Prices are perhaps a little above average, but all in all, very affordable—after all, quality comes at a price. The only flaw I'd perhaps attribute to the restaurant, which, being very small, doesn't allow for a quick turnover of diners. So, even though we had a reservation for 10 pm, they seated us almost an hour later, effectively rendering the reservation point pointless. But otherwise, these are all positive comments, staff included.

This pizzeria is absolutely incredible! The pizza is cooked to perfection, the crust is crispy, and the flavor is simply divine. The service was super fast, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The price is very fair considering the quality of the pizzas and appetizers. I highly recommend going there. 5 stars without a doubt.

I visited this pizzeria for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. It was a truly positive experience. I tried what are perhaps the two most iconic pizzas here, and a special mention goes to the pizza that bears their namesake...perfect! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor is beautiful.

Semplicemente la Pizza migliore che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Ingredienti freschi , di prima qualità, materie prime mai fuori stagione (questo spiega il loro Menù selezionato e limitato). Ma parliamo dell'impasto...un mix di farina 0 e Integrale che dona alla pizza una leggerezza unica. Siamo riusciti senza fatica a mangiare sia gli antipasti che la pizza stessa. È Semplicemente sublime. Da provare ASSOLUTAMENTE. Ripeto...la migliore Pizza mangiata in 34 anni della mia vita. Complimenti! Spero diventerete grandi mantenendo sempre la stessa semplicità e autenticità. Unici. Non descrivo altro , dovete solo andarci !!!!!

Siamo stati più e più volte in questa pizzeria e non siamo mai stati delusi anzi ogni volta ne siamo rimasti sempre più entusiasti. Quest’ultima volta abbiamo preso una polpetta di pulled con fondo di cottura e carotine marinate ottima (il cameriere purtroppo ha detto che non ci sarà nel nuovo menù estivo) e due pizze entrambe buone, ma l’accetta (la margherita rivisitata) era davvero perfetta. Ottimi anche i due dolci soprattutto la fetta di pizza dolce di cui avrei mangiato altre mille fette. Locale rinnovato in stile minimal, cameriere che aiuta sempre nelle scelte e lavora cordialmente. Consigliamo tra le pizze da provare assolutamente anche “gli artigiani” e la “chiodo” entrambe spaziali e con sapori molto molto speciali.
