It's rare to decide to dine at the same place two nights in a row, but at Archi in Pietra, our curiosity to explore the menu led us to do so. We found solid cuisine and a genuine welcome that encouraged us to linger. You didn't feel like mere customers, but rather welcome guests, treated with attentive, never formal courtesy, from the moment you made your reservation to the bill.
THE GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY
The quality is evident from the start, with a selection of high-quality, flavorful, and carefully selected local cured meats.
THE MEAT
The cooking technique for the rib-eye steak was remarkable. Despite being rare, the cut was clean and free of excess liquid: impeccable execution.
THE FIRST COURSES
The paccheri with fondue, porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, and truffle were very interesting. Each ingredient retained its own identity. In particular, the choice to leave the chestnuts whole rather than chopped allows you to appreciate the fruit's texture, a valuable detail for those who want to experience the individual elements on the plate.
MAIN COURSES
The mixed roast with Calabrian products proved to be an excellent choice, balanced and faithful to the flavors of the region. The restaurant is perfect for both a regenerating lunch and a relaxed dinner.
WINE CELLAR AND DESSERTS
The extensive wine cellar, boasting local wines, offers thoughtful pairings and showcases local labels. Even the carefully crafted and never boring desserts confirm the high quality of the offerings.

The fireplace was a real plus, as it was exactly what we wanted. We had two house appetizers for four of us—it was very filling and delicious—and two first courses. All in a truly peaceful atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!
