Giustino's Pizza & Cucina In Livorno

Good pizza, excellent choice of beers, good quality/price ratio.

I leave 3 stars which in reality would be 2.5 rounded up because I ate a Neapolitan pizza like many others which, although good, is nothing exceptional. There are two factors that negatively influenced my review: the first is that the pizzas underneath were a little blackened (probably because the floor of the oven was not swept well and there was burnt flour or something of the sort) and this meant that the dough had a slight bitter aftertaste while the second factor concerns the quantity of mozzarella on the pizza which was very little (in addition to the high and wide crust there were empty spots where the dough could also be seen in the central part 🥲). On the positive side, I found the menu, the service (even if not very fast), the wide choice of craft beers and the price which, all things considered, was competitive compared to the average in the area. Would I go back? If I choose no, then if it happens again by chance (like tonight) it certainly won't be a problem.

I have been a customer for many years now, delicious Neapolitan style pizzas, soft and thin dough with high edges, very kind people, nice and above all quiet environment!!

Picked up and brought home. Simply fantastic. I've been wanting to eat two for years Light and tasty. So as not to give up pizza in the evening because it's heavy. Advised.

A guarantee: I have been going to the place for many years and I have always left happy and satisfied. The owners are really kind and honest people who I have the pleasure of meeting. I dare say that it is the only pizzeria that truly lives up to this name in Livorno.

Sinceramente, io una pizza così buona erano anni che non la mangiavo. Un impasto favoloso digeribilissimo con la cortesia del personale.

In assoluto la miglior pizza di Livorno, se volete la vera pizza napoletana questo è il posto giusto!! Ingredienti di prima scelta, menù molto vario e soprattutto cortesia da parte di tutto il personale.
