Giulis Food Bar In Anacapri

Nice place along the streets of Anacapri, excellent for those who don't want to spend too much on the island. Good quality food and the waiter Alessandro who served us perfectly throughout the lunch was very kind and very attentive to our needs. The only flaw is the waiter/manager of the place who unfortunately makes the atmosphere difficult to bear by speaking in a thousand different languages ​​with a very loud voice and annoying both customers at the tables and passers-by!!

Amazing service and very good food

Interesting place…very vocal front of house waiter/owner? Friendly to get more people to sit down in his restaurant.! It was a rainy day but we sat outside in a covered area…another young English couple on the table next to us…the waiter was very attentive to them…pretty much ignored us…was intending to have a full lunch but decided due to the lack of service to just have drinks and wait for the rain to stop. We eventually flagged him down to even get those….and getting the bill…forget that…I went up to the bar to pay ..did not enjoy our time there .

We stopped by on a whim to grab lunch after our chair lift to Mount Solara. The food was excellent. I had the cheese ravioli and my wife loved her gnocchi. The tomato sauce was so good, I mopped it up with the bread they gave us.

Alessandro treated us very well, he advised us on the best places to go, all the food was good and a good atmosphere!! Mr. Antonio made us laugh a lot hahaha

Close to 12.30, with a bit of an appetite, we stopped at Giulis food & bar. We wanted to quench our appetite with a local dish! Having read the menu to the waiter, we asked for a variation if possible, that is, scialatielli alla Nerano. They accepted the variation and we sat down! Then we added the Aumm Aumm scialatielli. Both very good, homemade pasta, very fresh herbs and vegetables. Very tasty dishes and well presented! Very friendly waiter, glass of fresh and good quality Pinot Grigio! The very affordable price! Stop by here, I recommend them!

Don’t understand the bad reviews. Cute shop, comfortable, shaded with great food and drinks. Nice stop to enjoy lunch and enjoy being in old town. Eggplant panini and lemon cello spritz are amazing. Owner is really nice and accommodating.
