The only thing to keep in mind is the high traffic: the kiosk is always very busy, so it's best to book your piadinas and cascioni in advance to avoid long waits. I was a little disappointed with my last experience at this piadina stand, which I thought was one of the best in Cattolica, so much so that it's a regular stop every year, at least once during the summer holidays. I ordered two piadinas, one regular and one whole wheat, and they switched the doughs—well, it can happen. We didn't say anything to avoid waste. The piadina dough is always excellent, thin and well-cooked, but the ingredients didn't convince me. There wasn't much cooked ham and mozzarella. Also, the salad dressing oil had a very strong, heavy flavor, which overshadowed the rest of the flavors. Too bad, I wasn't happy this time. Recommended? NI

Very tasty paninis (Pidia). At lunchtime, expect a wait of up to 40 minutes. However, this is because the dough is freshly prepared and orders are processed one after the other. Definitely not fast food.

Servizio rapido e gentile. Ci siamo passati per caso durante la serata del Wein Tour. Abbiamo ordinato due piadine con crudo, stracchino e rucola, una Moretti da 66 (costo totale €20). Piadina ottima, cotta alla perfezione, super farcita, il prosciutto crudo era favoloso. Poi ci siamo divisi una piadina salsiccia e cipolla, fantastica!!!!! Se passate da cattolica non potete non assaggiare una loro piadina!
