You can breathe the history of the neighborhoods of Rome, near the Testaccio gardens near the old Vittoria cinema, now a theater! It is unquestionably my favorite...whether for the tradition or the memories it evokes, the fact is that as long as they make ZABAIONE in that tasty way and serve cream with the "cucchiara", there will be no other better than Her... the Giolitti ice cream shop in Testaccio! The ice cream is delicious. The service is excellent. When I went, they were remodeling the entrance; I recognized it by the G on the doors.

ローマで一番美味しいジェラード屋さん。 生クリームをトッピングして、ジェラードを食べると豪華なデザートです。 イタリアには、沢山ジェラード店がありますが、こちらのジェラードが一番好みです。 お勧めです。

This was a great little fine for us. The staff was super nice and we could order drinks and gelato and enjoy them both at the same time. The building was undergoing renovations when we were there, but it still was a very pleasant experience.

An average ice cream, a very simple cone, the lemon juice was too much, and the pistachio was very plain. I liked it better at Flor Gelato, but it doesn't compare to Menella in Naples, the best I've had.

The ice cream is good. Small tub 2.5 euros with two flavors. We had the least friendly waiter. Now the façade is under construction and it is not a pleasure to be outside.

Giolitti, prachtig café. Hier heerlijke koffie met heerlijk croissants, zeer redelijk prijs. 2 koffie 3 croissants 10 euro. Zeer groot assortiment van ontbijt ijs enz. Echt Italiaans café waar lekker luidruchtig wordt gecommuniceerd.

01/05/2025: Ma lo chiamavan "Drago" e per gli amici era un mago. E dopo avere provato la sua "pizza cresciuta" come accompagnamento di salumi e formaggi ci siamo convinti che nemmeno al bar del Giambellino avrebbero da ridire. Se non siete allergici ad anice, rhum, vermouth, alkermes, vino e Marsala siete perfetti per apprezzare questa prelibatezza, che rende anche felici, leggeri e spensierati. E non so perché. Provare per credere.

02/02/2025: Traditionelle trattoria auf recht gutem Niveau, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Auf der Karte die typisch römischen Gerichte von carciofi alla roman oder alla guidia über die traditionelle Pasta, typische Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Weinauswahl recht gut und zu fairen Preisen, auch die günstigen Hausweine absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr zuvorkommendes und humoriges Personal, und auch der Gründer des Restaurants, der sehr nette Seniorchef macht jedem Tisch persönlich seine Aufwartung! Empfehlung!
14/01/2025: Ristorante a conduzione familiare e atmosfera accogliente. Titolari molto attenti, personale all’altezza. Specializzato in pesce, ma la cucina è ottima a prescindere. Buona scelta di vini. Prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. Tornerò con la famiglia
