It is a beautiful environment in the very center of Gioia Tauro. The prices are honest, pizzas start from €7.50 up to €10. The service is slow, you have to wait more than an hour to be served. We entered at 8.30pm with a reservation and were served at 9.40pm. At 10.30pm we were politely asked to leave the table because there were other customers. The tables were "bare" not even a placemat, we had to ask for napkins. The pizza looked good, but like many places the center was so soft you could eat it with a spoon. However, it is a nice place with a central swimming pool and a nice garden, quite pleasant background music and a nice atmosphere... going there once is enough.

Dinner with friends on a hot summer Saturday: Gioja's is a guarantee of impeccable quality and hospitality. I don't give 5 stars because I would like more alternatives to be included in the menu for those who, like me, do not eat animal derivatives.

Nothing to complain about, very nice location, SUPER staff (polite and professional guys) and as for the pizza... I have to say that coming from Naples and being a pizza eater and lover, I can say that a pizza like this (very light dough , correct cooking, quality ingredients and correct proportions of condiments) is eaten in few places. Truly congratulations.
