All you can eat starred from 14.8 euros. Modern and welcoming place. Excellent quality with thrilling flavors out of the ordinary, a true pleasure. Kindness and courtesy in the service. Truly an amazing discovery. Chapeau!

Gentlemen, let's say things as they are without taking us for a ride; the best all you can eat sushi in Modena and its province. Special mention for the very famous "Ginza sauce", a very secret recipe and constant thought that disturbs the sleep of the owners of other Japanese restaurants in the area and beyond!

Big surprise! I went with my wife by chance, after reading some reviews and looking for a place to eat sushi. Being close to the office where I work, we arranged to meet here at the Ginza. The place is modest but well kept and clean. You are welcomed immediately and seated with kindness. Like everywhere you order drinks and in the meantime you look at the paper menu to decide what to eat. And being an all you can eat, you can order in large quantities! Some dishes have a "per person" limitation but the rest are free. We arrived critical, because we are used to high quality, because, coming from Verona, we have tried several well-priced sushinari. And yes! From the first dish to the last, we were satisfied. Excellent taste, paired with tasty and delicate sauces, good portions and decidedly excellent preparation. Truly a wonderful surprise, where everything was good at a still very affordable price, served by kind, polite, courteous and smiling people, in a familiar and peaceful environment. There are two certainties: I will definitely come back and I really recommend it to everyone!

Welcoming and not at all chaotic environment. The restaurant has parking available right in front of the restaurant to facilitate access with prams or strollers. The staff is precise, organized, friendly and very polite, the owner himself, once he has gained a little confidence, is keen to know how the evening went etc. Higher quality of fish than others, delicious sashimi tartare rolls and skewers. They have a selection of wines and some desserts to accompany and finish the meal. I always come back very willingly During the week it is not mandatory to book and on the weekend I highly recommend it. Unlike other places, the all-you-can-eat dinner menu costs 24.90 euros, and the reservation is taken by the dining room staff.

Il miglior ristorante giapponese di tutta Modena. Non ce n'è per nessuno. Locale piccolo e semplice, ma cibo squisito e freschissimo.

10/01/2025: I eat there very often and the food is excellent (especially the salmon tartare), the service is fast and the waiters are very kind and helpful. furthermore the environment is kept very airy so there is no fish or fried smell left once you leave the restaurant

05/12/2024: This is one of the top 5 sushi restaurants in Modena. A variety of toppings are available, mainly tuna, salmon, and sea bass. I ordered a set of sashimi and nigiri sushi, and although it wasn't as delicious as it was, the shrimp were fresh and I think it was reasonably delicious. It may have been a coincidence that the day I visited, but the take-out sushi seemed to be very popular, and there were quite a few dine-in customers, so the restaurant seemed quite busy. There are not many brands of Japanese beer, sake, shochu, etc., but you can also try yakisoba with sauce and desserts like Yukimi Daifuku using mochi. Of course, you can also drink espresso after your meal. Even though I drank too much sparkling white wine, the bill ended up being quite high.
