Special mention for the very famous "Ginza sauce", a very secret recipe and constant thought that disturbs the sleep of the owners of other Japanese restaurants in the area and beyond!

Big surprise! I went with my wife by chance, after reading some reviews and looking for a place to eat sushi. Being close to the office where I work, we arranged to meet here at the Ginza. The place is modest but well kept and clean. You are welcomed immediately and seated with kindness. Like everywhere you order drinks and in the meantime you look at the paper menu to decide what to eat. And being an all you can eat, you can order in large quantities! Some dishes have a "per person" limitation but the rest are free. We arrived critical, because we are used to high quality, because, coming from Verona, we have tried several well-priced sushinari. And yes! From the first dish to the last, we were satisfied. Excellent taste, paired with tasty and delicate sauces, good portions and decidedly excellent preparation. Truly a wonderful surprise, where everything was good at a still very affordable price, served by kind, polite, courteous and smiling people, in a familiar and peaceful environment. There are two certainties: I will definitely come back and I really recommend it to everyone!

I always come back very willingly During the week it is not mandatory to book and on the weekend I highly recommend it. Unlike other places, the all-you-can-eat dinner menu costs 24.90 euros, and the reservation is taken by the dining room staff.

Best sushi in Modena, which is confirmed despite having been in the area for several years. The spectacular rice, prawns and vegetables always takes me back to happy moments. The tartare is plentiful and good, the fish fresh, the owner very kind and helpful! Prices have not gone up like in other places nearby. If you like substance and less appearance, definitely come here.
