Off the beaten path, we truly enjoyed the amazing Panini's. Because we followed a large group in, we also had to wait, but had no problem doing so while enjoying our beers. The wait was worth it. Our taste buds were dancing! Thank you for your passion of making the best. A business popular with locals is always better than one popular with tourists.

On a beautiful morning lunch, on the advice of my girlfriend, we show up at this place almost invisible to the eyes of tourists, but well known by many locals.
A special environment, where it is made clear that what you buy is what you lose!!
We took the first sandwich with sausage, caramelized onion, mustard and honey and I must say it was very good!!
The second sandwich was instead a surprise, a sandwich in the dark practically.
the game we had with the owner was to guess the ingredients here, so here I am, for me they were these:
-tomatoes au gratin
-porcini mushrooms flavored in vinegar
-baked parmesan cheese
-garlic in oil with herbs
-chilli pepper
-caramelized red onions
IT WAS THE BOMB!!
I await the results,

Locale nascosto tra le frasche, pensi addirittura che sia chiuso, invece entri e vieni catapultato in un mondo di genuinità e qualità che non si può spiegare. La passione con cui vengono preparati i taglieri e i panini ti lasciano incantato. La cura con cui gli affettati e i formaggi vengono selezionati e porzionati ti fanno capire la passione che c'è dietro quei gesti. I sapori poi favolosi, forti e decisi di chi non si affanna per fare più coperti possibili ma per servire ad ognuno la massima qualità! Bravissimi!
