Ginger sushi & drink In Catania

The thing I'll definitely remember about this place is the utter rudeness and listlessness of the young man who greeted us. When it was time to order, he seemed indisposed and rolled his eyes at every request we made, including mentioning a food allergy to strawberries. His attitude was one of utter annoyance and condescension. Fortunately, he was replaced by a young woman later in the evening. It's a shame because the sushi was decent. I wouldn't recommend it for celiacs, considering my husband had a twinge shortly afterward.

Ginger is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. I've been going there for the past two years and have never had any unpleasant surprises. The food is well-prepared and of good quality. The sushi is truly rich and plentiful. The pizzas have a very well-aerated and airy dough, with a perfectly cooked crust, and are generously garnished with toppings. To say they melt in your mouth is no exaggeration. Last but not least, the service is truly efficient, attentive to the customer's needs, and fast.

A place where you can drink, eat excellent sushi, and dance! I love the karaoke evening they organize. I recommend it to everyone, it's a guarantee!

Identifying the "best" restaurants is always complicated, because you have to take into account the quality, the service, the quality/price ratio and the location. In Catania there are now many proposals. Classics. Revisited with different flavors and combinations. Even Mediterranean. The result is a contamination of tastes and cultures. I suggest Ginger!! Excellent quality, wide choice for those who eat sushi and for those who do not. How not to mention the delicious pizzas, the freshness of the products is something that cannot be found in other places, pizzas revisited with innovations that make you want to eat pizza every day. One of my favorite places.

I recently rediscovered this place, thanks to one of the new owners, Alfonso. The food is excellent. I go there often. The pizza is easy to digest, like few others; my favorite is the deconstructed Margherita. The sushi is delicious and has unique flavors; the carpaccio and the tasting special are the perfect pairing. The service is very attentive. I'm extremely satisfied!
