We go to Gildo more and more often precisely to feel in a serene and familiar atmosphere, certain of eating what we like and without doubts about their goodness, and then we have a remarkable choice of dishes. No small feat is the Roman-style pizza truly well made, and then even if you go with children no one has anything to say about a little brat who gets up from the table, they smile at you even if the child is lively, and this, in addition to the good food, helps us to say BRAVI, keep going like this. You are people who know how to work well

Excellent Roman trattoria with local specialties and more, delicious, low-priced, Roman pizza with good quality/price ratio. The added value is the kindness and hospitality of Fabrizio and Tiziana. Definitely recommended and will return. Well done, keep it up!!!!!

semplice ma decorosa trattoria-pizzeria di quartiere. Pizze davvero ottime, buona cucina romana con primi piatti abbondanti. Prezzi davvero ragionevoli e personale cordiale e disponibile . Un po’ di difficoltà a parcheggiare, ma a Roma è normale… Consigliato

Erano un po' di anni che non andavamo in questo ristorante ed abbiamo trovato la stessa gentilezza di sempre. Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Ottimo, poi, il risotto alla crema di scampi ed i supplì che abbiamo mangiato. Un'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente

24/06/2025: A must visit if you're on Testaccio. Get there at 19:00 otherwise you'll be waiting. Very economical and great food for the price
23/06/2025: Historic place in Testaccio traditional Roman cuisine including pizza, if you want authenticity in simplicity here is everything and if you are lucky you sit next to some VIPs who are never missing here, this is the beauty of being in Rome
