For lunch or dinner at Gilda, which is an institution, you can never go wrong, the environment is particularly characteristic and imaginative like the owner, excellent and refined dishes especially in the raw materials and in the Florentine typicality, the service is very precise, the price is a little high but it's worth it.

wow! it was like being a guest in a friendly italian family. the atmosphere is gorgeous, the hosts are friendly, the food is very tasty. We recommend taking 1 portion for two (about pasta), it was delicious, we ate everything, but it was difficult. had to refuse dessert. I heartily recommend.

Excellent ! Everything was perfect, super good. The service was fast, but different from France. Delicious dishes 😋 old atmosphere, but very pleasant. We recommend it for anyone who likes the old atmosphere.

13/07/2025: The food is standard Italian fare; we ordered pasta, pizza, and ravioli. I expected a better experience. However, the desserts charmed us. There were about four options. We ordered all of them, and the tiramisu, cheesecake, brownie, and forest fruit cake were all delicious. I recommend them.
06/07/2025: Food was really fantastic! Filet di manzo with truffle sauce was very good. Our 3 year old son also had a great meal and could play on the square.

13/07/2025: I love this trattoria, with a unique atmosphere and a terrace overlooking Florence. It's a quiet place, ideal for lunch or dinner with traditional Tuscan dishes. Prices are in line with the service offered.

Waking up hungry isn't exactly a pleasant experience, especially considering the prices. The service is friendly.
