Gilda Bistrot In Firenze

The food was very awesome. and it felt like you were in a grandma‘s cozy home. and the people who work there were very nice. We loved it.

Absolutely incredible place. Gilda is everything that Florence represents, as she says, she's from here. Just like I'm from Lisbon. We are from here, from the place where the city's name comes from, from those who came before us, years and years of flavors and tradition, we know what our city tastes like, and at Gilda's it tastes like Prosecco, it tastes like Tagliatelle with Duck Ragu, with shameless Parmesan... we can use and abuse it without guilt, like someone who isn't from here. I usually stay here, but I was entitled to the Jackpot of table wine with biscotto and a Black Forest cake, I was won over by the wine with soaked biscuit, it tasted like Heaven, Duomo and David. Gilda knows our Maria de Medeiros very well and was a great friend of the great Misia. I think this will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship, and long live Gilda and long live Florence.

We had an excellent meal at Gilda's and had a wonderful time. The restaurant's aesthetics and ambiance are fantastic, the service is warm and welcoming (unlike other Tuscan restaurants we visited), and above all, we loved the dishes, including an amuse-bouche of polenta and zucchini, a delicious pasta dish and risotto, and a generous slice of Torte della Nonna. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

A very characteristic restaurant in Sant'Ambrogio, serving traditional cuisine, excellent in its simplicity. What makes the difference is the warm welcome and the atmosphere created by the owner. Signora Gilda, elegant and refined, manages to put you at ease and make you feel at home even though you're far from home. A must-visit in Florence, I recommend it 100%. P.S. The tagliatelle are amazing.

Excellent cuisine, refined, welcoming location, excellent service

This dinner at Gilda's will leave me with a very beautiful memory. This place is incredible! First of all for its decor which reflects the personality of Gilda, a beautiful, bright, original and generous woman. Her cooking is just as much!! A family cuisine served on beautiful mismatched plates. Everything is heterogeneous which gives a charm to the table but above all everything is really very good!!!

Old school Italian spot. Just lovely. Had a coffee and a delicious pastry. Like being in a movie. Beautiful spot
