Over the years, its quality has certainly declined, but in my opinion it remains one of the benchmarks in San Giorgio a Cremano. It has excellent products and makes excellent cakes. For me, their strong point is the Viennese cake, super soft and with a delicate cream, and then the ginseng, which is perhaps the only one with a sugar-free blend.
