The welcome was impeccable, no complaints whatsoever; the lady was very kind and dedicated. Overall, the stay went well. The location is ideal, just steps from Piazza Navona, with many restaurants nearby. Everything is within easy reach. We were able to get around a lot on foot. The room was clean and pleasant, but be warned: as soon as the room above turns on the hot tub, the noise is unbearable and you won't be able to sleep. We tried to contact someone at the hotel in the middle of the night… NO ONE answered. There is no staff on site at night. The first night was very difficult, but the rest was fine.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely boutique hotel for 3 days last week for my birthday. It is in a quiet location and very close to a lot of very popular sites. We heard absolutely no noise and we had a top floor room with the hot tub. We were accommodated for as we arrived before our check in time and Katalina on Reception was very helpful and informative. She showed us how everything worked in our room and helped us with lots of tips and where to eat and sites to visit. In fact she was indeed very helpful and nothing was too much for her. We had breakfast all three days we were there which was wonderful made on the first day by Lara who was also very friendly and we chatted about Rome for the whole hour we were having breakfast. The breakfast was like One on One service, freshly made fruit salad especially for me, variety of meats, cheeses, salads, and scrambled and boiled eggs and cereals and beautiful pastries with as much toast, and coffee as you wanted. made only for us. Lara spent time talking to us at breakfast about the city and places to visit and eat. We were made to feel very special. Katalina prepared breakfast the 2nd and 3rd day and she was also amazing and friendly. Our room was on the top floor and was very clean and spacious. My husband had to be careful as he is very tall as the wooden beam above our bed on one side was a bit low so had to be mindful of that The bathroom was immaculate with plenty of towels and cleaning products. The aircon worked perfectly. The little very modern lift to go up was also cute. It was very nice old fashioned around 15th century building which is what we wanted. We felt like we were catered for on a one to one basis it was that private. Most of all Lara and Katalina made fantastic breakfasts for us and made us feel very welcome.
