Non ho potuto dire indimenticabile, pulito ed ordinato, niente di più.

Avevo letto recensioni contraddittorie, ma ha deluso le aspettative: l'hummus in particolare non era all'altezza delle tradizioni mediorientali. Ne ho assaggiati di recente di molto migliori, e in altri ristoranti mediorientali. Troppo limone? Pochi ceci? Non aveva la consistenza giusta.
Ho provato anche un piatto con pesce e riso con uvetta e nocciole... Il riso era piccantissimo, il pesce un po' aromatizzato e la salsa yogurt liquida e non dico non mi sia piaciuto, ma per quel che ho assaggiato non può dirsi cucina libanese... Mi dispiace che l’unico Libanese a Venezia non sia buonissimo...

What a great find! Gibran offers authentic, tasty and beautifully presented Lebanese dishes. The hummus, falafel, tabbouleh and shawarma are all really good, with balanced flavours and fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The vine leaves are a must-try. We will definitely be back!

Very nice informal and welcoming environment. The place is located in a very beautiful and somewhat hidden area of Venice so you don't come across it straight away, you have to look for it.
The best and surprisingly good dishes were falafel, fattoush, Arayes and potatoes with coriander.

Decent but I wouldn't go back.
Vegetarian options are a bit scarce. The small appetizers are good and nice, but small.
As a main course, we took the makluba (16 euros), rice with potatoes and aubergines.
The rice was there... but the potatoes must have been 8 small cubes and the same goes for the aubergines... with a slice of half raw grilled aubergine placed on top.
The restaurateurs are kind and nice, but honestly I wasn't very happy..
