Fantastic place surrounded by nature with the possibility of relaxing after lunch on the picnic tables with towel and cushions. We were welcomed by the very kind owner who recommended us some typically Roman cuisine dishes revisited in an innovative way which really amazed us. Local wine list highly recommended. Attentive and impeccable service. A day in the hills to remember...

Very nice and well-kept location suitable for both families and couples Ideal to stop at sunset and look at Rome from above, it enjoys the same view as the astronomical observatory We were in the garden at an event with music, the menu was smaller than usual, prices were average. I found the music too deafening and didn't allow the diners to talk

Spectacular location immersed in the evocative Tusculum countryside. Excellent tasty and refined food accompanied by table service attentive to the needs of diners. We will definitely return to enjoy a delicious aperitif at sunset!

A welcoming place with excellent cuisine and lots of availability. We felt at home. The selection of appetizers and the fabulous desserts are highly recommended.

Avevamo già visitato il posto qualche settimana prima ed abbiamo voluto tornarci perché ci era piaciuto molto, per provare la proposta culinaria ed il servizio. La location è davvero suggestiva, anche in una giornata uggiosa come quella in cui siamo stati noi. Menù digitale con numero di portate limitato (questo ci piace molto); personale disponibile, attento, cortese e professionale. Scegliamo il piatto di antipasti misti: sei assaggi, uno più originale dell'altro, tutti ben fatti; a seguire il primo piatto del giorno (paccheri ai carciofi in tre consistenze: molto buoni) e una lasagnetta di zucca e funghi porcini che dire deliziosa è riduttivo. Poi abbiamo assaggiato la guancia di manzo brasata al vino rosso con purè di patate al tartufo: carne squisita che si scioglieva in bocca e quel gusto del purè che è una chicca. Infine il dessert Olivella, una panna cotta guarnita con mela, lampone e crumble, molto originale. Vino rosso al calice. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Alla fine del pasto abbiamo conosciuto anche il giovane e bravissimo chef! Da tornarci assolutamente! Bravi!

We had a large group (40) which was easily accommodated for a fours meal with several wines. The setting was spectacular and the food and wine well matched to the place. I will be ordering wine for shipping to the US and the whole experience was memorable.
