By mistake the online portal made us book for a Saturday lunch when in reality the place would not have service. Mario welcomed us anyway and provided a table just for us. Incredible location, rare welcome and kindness, excellent food and fair prices. Highly recommended!

In a special location a culinary proposal that leaves its mark. We had dinner for the first time in this pearl of the Castelli Romani. Refined but concrete cuisine Excellent service And a suggestive location

The place is really beautiful with a fantastic view and surrounded by greenery. The country chic style suits it. The food is very good and the staff is courteous and helpful. The place is ideal for an event and has several areas that are suitable for aperitifs and brunches. Even the internal rooms, although less spacious than the outside, are very well-kept. The two Berber tents provide good shelter even in case of rain. In winter one of the tents is closed by glass and heated, so that it can always be used.

Very beautiful environment, well-kept, panoramic, full of greenery and nature. Friendly staff within a very functional organization. Open space with a view of the surrounding countryside of fruit trees, olive trees, vineyards. Totalizing experience in nature with impeccable service.

Prima volta in questa location, piacevolmente colpita, antipasti serviti in maniera originale, cibo e qualità ottimi, ci tornerei molto volentieri. Personale molto gentile, complimenti al giovane chef!

Avevamo già visitato il posto qualche settimana prima ed abbiamo voluto tornarci perché ci era piaciuto molto, per provare la proposta culinaria ed il servizio. La location è davvero suggestiva, anche in una giornata uggiosa come quella in cui siamo stati noi. Menù digitale con numero di portate limitato (questo ci piace molto); personale disponibile, attento, cortese e professionale. Scegliamo il piatto di antipasti misti: sei assaggi, uno più originale dell'altro, tutti ben fatti; a seguire il primo piatto del giorno (paccheri ai carciofi in tre consistenze: molto buoni) e una lasagnetta di zucca e funghi porcini che dire deliziosa è riduttivo. Poi abbiamo assaggiato la guancia di manzo brasata al vino rosso con purè di patate al tartufo: carne squisita che si scioglieva in bocca e quel gusto del purè che è una chicca. Infine il dessert Olivella, una panna cotta guarnita con mela, lampone e crumble, molto originale. Vino rosso al calice. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Alla fine del pasto abbiamo conosciuto anche il giovane e bravissimo chef! Da tornarci assolutamente! Bravi!
