Pleasant discovery. Excellent alternative to the many assembly lines to which we are now accustomed. Pros: Excellent food, excellent raw materials. Courteous and fast service. Small portions compared to average which makes everything more pleasant to taste. Well-defined flavors, you don't feel like you're always eating the same thing. Points against: Lunch menu with fairly limited choice. Poor local ventilation.

A good family-style place, small and welcoming, an older but well-kept environment, excellent food, freshly made and very authentic. Service a little slow because everything was done at the moment.

Buonissimi piatti, ambiente familiare e personale molto gentile. Per qualità della materia prima, di gran lunga il miglior sushi all you can eat di Udine.
