Overall, a decent experience, but with a few sobering aspects.
The food quality is good, the uramaki are carefully prepared and the gyoza are well-made, but the prices are quite high: €9 for four pieces of any type of uramaki and €12 for four pieces of gyoza. In total, €45 for 12 uramaki and 4 gyoza is an expense that, in my opinion, doesn't fully balance the quantities served.
Another negative point is the limited gluten-free selection, much more limited when comparing the experience to a review from about three years ago. The restaurant seems to have taken a step back in terms of inclusivity and variety.
Overall, it remains a good place for quality, but the prices and limited options (gluten-free) impact the overall experience. There's a small oversight in the service that could be improved; for the second course, they forgot to clear away the empty plates.

Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The food was all very good and original, and the prices were very fair. The owners and staff were super friendly. It was the first time in a long series, and we'll see you soon. Among the best dishes I tried tonight, I recommend the Tramezushi (rispekt) and the fried golden anchovies.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail, and everything is uniquely customized. The service was fast and the staff very friendly, and the food was absolutely excellent. You could taste and appreciate all the work that went into creating each dish, all for a fair price. I highly recommend trying the "Afacciado' Katsu" because it was spectacular. I will definitely be back.
