Very basic place but very good pizzas, unlike the others they are crispy and well cooked as we like them. We've only been going there for 18 years...

We went early for some breakfast, the food menu doesn't start till 12:15 but we got sandwich and croissants. The woman that served us was extremely nice and patient with us, we used google translater to understand each other but lovely place :)

12/01/2025: The place is pleasant, historic, in the center of the wonderful Volterra. We ate appetizers, tagliatelle with wild boar, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. A real goodness. Well-groomed service. Great prices
02/01/2025: We happened to be there while passing through in Volterra, we stopped for lunch, we had a fabulous CARBONARA... it was so good that we will definitely be back to eat it again.... the pizzas are also absolutely recommended..... just like the old one... manner......!!

12/01/2025: At the suggestion of my daughter Mariasole. Sincere welcome, environment...better from inside than from outside, but everything swept away by the courteous and strong will in the offer for a tasty and honest evening. I think it's one of the best pizzas in ValdEra... without too much fuss... You just have to sit down, order and taste... ...It's a coming and going of workers who bring it home to you... because you are glued in front of your private cinemas knowing that you will receive a GOOD pizza despite being lukewarm and inside the paper (......) it will never be like this one of ours... Freshly baked... Expert dough, perfect cooking, very distinct flavours...at the first bite I understand that tonight I won't dream of oases of water in the middle of the Desert.... prices? To bankrupt the whole entourage... Well done. Honest. This pizza is a happy sobriety
