Homely atmosphere...a little too noisy...maybe I hit the wrong night...the food is adequate...but more can be done...

🎉 *An evening to remember, thanks to Massimo and Paola!* We entered by chance... and as often happens, chance offers the best surprises! Massimo welcomed us with kindness and a smile that immediately made one thing clear: here there is love, true love, for catering and for people. 🍷 The atmosphere is welcoming, and that alone would be enough to want to return. But then the food arrives... and that's where the second, wonderful surprise comes in. A delicious aperitif with garnished focaccias and finger-licking arrosticini, which won us over immediately. 🍝 And as if that weren't enough, Paola delighted us with an exquisite carbonara, and Romans say so! Without hesitation, we give her a 10 with honors with a kiss (as my son said). The fried fish is also excellent, crunchy and light, prepared with care and passion. 💬 Good food conveys the dedication of those who work in this restaurant. We felt pampered from start to finish. Sincere compliments to all the staff... and thanks for the attention you gave us even on the beach together with your staff. 📍 We will return to Pescara with one more reason: to return to eat at Massimo and relive this pleasant experience!
