Overall, everything went well, except for a couple of negatives. When I arrived, the bathroom fixtures hadn't been cleaned externally, without going into detail. Another negative was Sunday breakfast, because on Saturday the croissant was fresh, but on Sunday it wasn't. From a 4-star superior hotel, I definitely expect more than just displaying yesterday's croissants. I'm confident these errors will be resolved because I intend to return. After returning, I corrected this with a 4-star rating. None of the previous issues occurred, everything was clean.

My stay at the GHV Hotel & Spa was very enjoyable, and I can certainly recommend it. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The staff deserves special mention – polite, helpful, and professional at every stage of the stay. A big plus is the spa area, where you can truly relax, as well as the rich and delicious breakfasts with a wide selection. The hotel also has convenient parking and a good location for those traveling by car. I will definitely return next time and recommend it for both private and business trips.

Gray hotel good service very clean

New building, accessible via a ramp. The room was spacious, quiet, and modern, with a convenient walk-in closet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Downsides: the mattresses sagged a bit, the bathroom mirror had rust, and the shower was moldy. I also found it strange that a 4-star hotel didn't include access to platforms like Prime and Netflix, nor did it provide slippers and shower caps. The breakfast was excellent, but I think the egg warmer didn't work properly because the scrambled eggs were cold.

Excellent facility with excellent services. The bistro inside offers excellent cuisine and excellent service.

I was there for an event and dinner. Beautiful setting, good service, and good food.

It's like when they say "you have a Ferrari and you drive in first gear!!" There's a lot of room for improvement in service!
