Molto piacevolmente sorpresa da una pizza d'asporto o da consumo ai tavolini fuori dal locale. Io sono una fan della pizza che, normalmente, preparo nel mio forno a legna, con il mio lievito madre di quasi 4 anni, farine ad alto contenuto proteico e lunga maturazione, quindi mi sento di poter dare un parere in tutta tranquillità... l'ho trovata davvero fantastica.. sia per l'impasto da 10 e lode che per gli ingredienti. Se avete voglia di pala, questo è il posto che vi consiglio.
