I got a giant pizza to take away. Sausage, porcini mushrooms and olives. I recommend it, but the others are fantastic too. I always met him at takeaways at friends' houses. You always stuff them very generously, I would say against the grain, which doesn't convey a crisis, but just a fantastic pizza.

I often order pizzas from you on weekends. Compliments for the dough and the seasoning. I noticed that the delivery service on Saturdays is better than when I occasionally order on Sundays

I confirm after some time that it is always PLEASANT for my palate to come and taste the pizzas here, easy to digest and WELL seasoned with quality products. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

First of all, I wanted to compliment the pizza chef for the pizzas, which were delicious. I noticed that on Saturdays the deliveries are super fast, the boy was super very kind and I'm happy about this, congratulations to everyone, keep it up.

5 stars for an exceptional pizzeria! Now a trusted pizzeria! Without a doubt the best in Brindisi. The pizza is an authentic masterpiece! The dough is light, fragrant and cooked to perfection, the seasoning is plentiful but not exaggerated while the ingredients are very fresh and of the highest quality. If you are looking for a place to eat really good pizza, this is the pizzeria for you! Every Saturday is a fixed event! Well done!

14/05/2025: Experiencia inusual. Había hecho la reserva pero cuando llegó puerta estaba cerrada. Parece que solo abren para reservas y solo 4 mesas usadas toda la noche. Solo vaya si está dispuesto a esperar por alimentos recién cocinados. Es como ir a casa de alguien con el equipo de marido y mujer. El vino es muy bueno pero no barato. El restaurante está en una cueva de 1000 años y muy interesante. Digamos que fue una experiencia como ningún otro restaurante.
15/03/2025: Este restaurante de propiedad y gestión familiar está en una antigua fábrica de aceite de oliva - cueva, iluminada por poca luz y tan encantador. La comida era increíble! Todo se sentía especial y único, pero justo al lado de una de las plazas principales. Nuestra mejor noche en Puglia!

20/05/2025: Dinner with friends Clean and spacious environment, kind and prepared staff We had the house appetizer of land and sea, good, bombette of Martina Franca served with baked potatoes, ok bombette the potatoes need to be reviewed. Scaloppina with mushrooms, too watery, the sauce not very thick. 3 pizzas, sore point, as the dough was very tasteless and the cooking could have been at least another couple of minutes. Poor choice of draft beers Slightly high bill
12/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, beautiful location, excellent typical Apulian food. Very clean and welcoming. Owner and employees very courteous and hospitable. Good value for money. I recommend it.
