Close to the station, convenient and well served, lots of sweet and savory treats, I had a cannellino coffee sitting outdoors reading a book in a relaxing context

It would be an excellent bar if they knew how to organize themselves at least, every time I stop by to have breakfast before taking the train it's always a lottery "will I be able to have breakfast and take the train?". First of all, you cannot force a customer to sit down and pay later, for convenience I prefer to order, pay (especially if I see the till empty) and wait to consume, here you are almost always almost forced to sit down and wait for them, which unfortunately is not always they arrive immediately. Then obviously once the meal is over you go to the cashier and as normal, there could be a queue therefore a waste of time.
Behind the counter there are usually three of them, by logic, one at the cash desk, one in the car, one at the brioches who possibly helps the one in the car if he's not busy, not everyone there tries to help each other forgetting the customers who are waiting, I worked in a bar, I don't talk just to say and the customer whether he is at the cash register or at the counter must be listened to, not left there. Today I arrive at about minus 13 minutes at 10 am as always I am seated, already knowing what I want I order and wait, the train arrives at 10.05 at 9.58 still no sign of cappuccino and croissants, queue at the checkout, sorry, I don't like doing it but I preferred to take the train, I got up and left. You can be the best bar in the world, but not knowing how to organize yourself behind the counter is the gear that throws off all the work. I will avoid returning and I'm sorry because it would be convenient for the station.
