09/08/2025: I recently had the opportunity to try this restaurant, booking through The Fork to take advantage of their discounts. However, the experience was disappointing. Let's start with the service: only one waitress, unwelcoming and inattentive to the tables (despite the practically empty dining room). To get the missing dishes, one of us had to get up and ask for them ourselves. The quality of the food was poor: the lasagna was warm on the edges and cold on the inside, and the platters were disappointing. The tagliatelle, on the other hand, were very good. I still expected a better experience. Unfortunately, the value for money was terrible, even with The Fork's discount. I don't think I'll try again. Update to the restaurant's response: Thank you for your reply. However, I'd like to clarify a few things. The fries were ordered with the other dishes, but we had to ask for them again because they never arrived. The reorder you mention was for the gnocco fritto (which was definitely not unlimited as advertised). Furthermore, the lasagna wasn't completely consumed, contrary to what was claimed. I'd also like to point out that we arrived at 7:20 PM and were left outside the restaurant until it officially opened at 7:30 PM. Upon opening, we were given no greeting or apology for the wait. This kind of impersonal treatment might be expected at a fast food restaurant, but not at a place that aims to offer a different experience.
