Based on the episode I can say that the owner is really chained to the past, but unfortunately the future leaves everything behind.
It has solid foundations regarding the entire pastry sector, thanks to tradition, but like everything it ends in history while the world always moves forward.
External and internal location, shop window and counter offerings overall very nice but dated.
The centerpiece is a pastry museum monument.
