Based on the episode, I can say that the owner is truly stuck in the past, but unfortunately the future leaves everything behind.
He has a solid foundation in the entire pastry industry, thanks to tradition, but like everything, it ends in history while the world always moves forward.
The exterior and interior locations, the window display, and the counter offerings are all very beautiful but dated.
The highlight is a monument worthy of a pastry museum.
