23/06/2025: Nestled among the most authentic folds of the territory, Il Sestante Street Food presents itself as a must-see for those seeking true taste, without frills but with a lot of warmth. Here tradition meets authenticity, offering moments of pure gastronomic pleasure that go far beyond a simple quick meal. We have had the pleasure of tasting, several times, their porchetta: fragrant, juicy, with a crunchy crust that tells of proper and loving cooking for the product. In fact it is good and Very ordinary and remotely similar to the excellence of other Italian areas. The chips - golden and crunchy - accompany everything with simplicity and taste, while the provola pasta, stringy and not tasty, completes everything.
