A wonderful experience! We were welcomed by Gabriella, a person who perfectly combines friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism, making guests feel at home. The other staff members were also extremely kind. The lunch was excellent, and the rooms perfectly reflect the local style. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, nestled in a natural oasis just a few kilometers from Madonna di Campiglio.
The staff will remain in my heart from this stay, especially Gabriella, who was always very kind and attentive.
The cuisine was excellent and plentiful, both at breakfast and at lunchtime.
Everything was according to Trentino tradition, and above all, everything was excellently homemade by Gabriella.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Genzianella!
Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The food was simply outstanding – every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
