Dinner with friends and children. We ate typical dishes. Excellent dumplings. Also blueberry rice, shank and spatzle. Highly recommended desserts. Better to book.

Cozy environment. Excellent dishes and well presented by the waiter who was very detailed and gave us good advice based on our tastes. We were received with a good entrée followed by a rich appetizer, an excellent risotto and a cheek on mashed potatoes.

We'll be back next year! [delicious team] A Hidden Gem Near Madonna di Campiglio We had an incredible 5-day skiing trip while staying at Hotel Ristorante Genzianella, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area with nothing much around, which was perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Every day, we drove to the Grostè parking lot, just 3 minutes away by car, to access the ski lifts. Although there is a ski bus available, the timetable wasn’t very convenient for us, so driving was a better option. The all-day parking fee was just €6, which was very reasonable. The service at the hotel was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and gave great advice whenever we needed it. A special mention goes to the fantastic restaurant – a true highlight of our stay! The young chef is exceptionally talented, and every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious – “hats off” to him! The waiter, who speaks excellent English, and the lovely bartender were also amazing. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and while it was tasty, it wasn’t exactly what we’re used to in Poland. Most of the options were sweet pastries, but we understand that breakfast in Italy tends to be different. There were always small rolls, one type of ham, and cheese, and you could also make a toast. We did miss having some cottage cheese and fresh vegetables, but this is just a minor observation and doesn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel at all. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm, family-like, and very cozy. After challenging days on the slopes, we were able to relax and recharge perfectly. We are already planning to return next year because this place left us with such wonderful memories. I can’t help but smile every time I think about our If I were to point out a couple of small drawbacks, the room was a bit small (4 adults - 1 double bed + bunk bed), and the internet connection wasn’t very stable. However, given the hotel’s remote location, this is understandable and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Really comfortable hotel, very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room, even if small, has everything you need. Breakfast varied and well stocked with everything, from sweet to savory, fruit, juices, yoghurt, in short, a wide choice and the restaurant is also excellent, a varied menu and everything is delicious, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had dinner at Genzianella on our way back from a beautiful trek in the Adamello Brenta Park, and it was pleasant to find a still authentic restaurant a stone's throw from a place that is now a little too artificial like Madonna di Campiglio. We ate an excellent shank with polenta and mushrooms and a delicious sliced ​​venison, the house Merlot was also good and the desserts made by them were exquisite. The staff was very kind, attentive and professional. It will definitely be a fixed stop for us when we return to Val Rendena :)
