Adorable lady serving at the tables. Food was very good value.

They suffer from a lack of staff, but the owners' commitment is maximum and worthy of praise.

After my first rave review two years ago, I unfortunately feel the need to update: The pizza is still good if you choose specialty dough, but not excellent with traditional dough, which becomes rubbery when the pizza cools. The staff is certainly friendly and helpful, unless you happen to call for orders during "peak" hours, where you're scolded and asked to call at specific times if possible. The complimentary drink with every takeout pizza and the inevitable sweets as a dessert at the end of the meal remain unchanged and appreciated. However, the place appears a bit messy, with takeout pizza boxes at the entrance and soda cans piled up everywhere behind the counter. Furthermore, the impression is that there's little organization and/or collaboration between the management and employees.

We arrived today by chance at Gennaro's and I must say that the lady who serves is very kind and polite... I had the seafood-flavored gnocchi... compliments to the chef, they were delicious... the price is more than fair, see you next time, well done

After winning the Ultracycling Dolomitica Race, we were starving, and this pizza was a godsend! 🍕🤤 The dough was light and fluffy, the toppings plentiful and flavorful... 😋 And then, the staff? Super welcoming, polite, and courteous, they made us feel at ease right away. Truly a top experience, highly recommended! 💯
