Regardless of the quality of the ice cream, which is excellent, I believe that in 2025, attention to hygiene should be no less. It's unacceptable to see the person who served us touching the various cones on display with his bare hands, to indicate the different sizes, and then taking ours with his bare hands! When I asked for another, with due attention to hygiene (a napkin), he put away the cone he touched with his bare hands for the next customer... The final touch of class is then placing the final cookie on the ice cream, again with his bare hands, as if we hadn't asked for attention... I would think it would be appropriate to have gloves and/or at least pick up things with a napkin, but neither of the two servers used them. The responsibility obviously lies with the owners, who should tell their employees what to do...

Excellent experience. I tried the gelato and especially the lactose-free yogurt, which few have, and it was all excellent. The quality/price ratio, and especially the quantity price, is very good. The portions are generous and the flavor is excellent. The staff is very friendly and fast. The menu is very extensive and very inclusive, with gluten-free and lactose-free products.

A lovely cafe that can do gluten free crepes!! Was so delicious and most of the food in the shop was labelled (a little confusing at times but the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful) whether it was gluten free.

Yummy, yummy, yummy. Feel the sweetness pervading your body. A combination of flavors that will leave you speechless. You absolutely must try the "Regno delle 2 Sicilie" gelato and the slice of Bueno cream cake. A tip for those who order pancakes... bring a slice of bread to mop up the cream. The creams are delicious. And kudos to the only woman in the shop. She's friendly, generous with advice, and quick to prepare the products.

I've been a customer for 10 years now, and as an ice cream lover, I can only give it 5 stars! The ice creams are truly delicious and don't just taste like sugar (unlike many other ice cream shops, unfortunately). Plus, my partner is celiac, and we're completely safe here thanks to their incredible gluten-free options!

Finally, a real, flavorful, and passionately prepared gelato, not to be confused with the pre-assembled versions found in many Neapolitan gelato shops. I recommend the Regno delle 2 Sicilie flavor and the fruit flavors.

We tried the ice cream: authentic flavors, super crunchy wafer, and low prices compared to other ice cream shops. We also tried the waffles and pancakes, which were also excellent. I recommend them.
