The store is modern, but the cleanliness of the interior—tables, floors, bathrooms, and bins—is pitiless, almost embarrassing. Everything you see or touch is greasy and has crumbs of breadcrumbs. Receipts and tissues on the floor. Bins are full. In about an hour of multiple visits, I've never seen anyone clean or tidy up. The already limited staff probably can't handle even that during peak hours. Like their competitors, M, they should have an external cleaning service that handles just that. The chicken is good!
