good ice cream but unpleasant staff

exaggerated ice cream has always been my favorite ice cream shop until the staff became less serious, once I ordered a crepes in July and comments were made about it even though I had paid (naturally), another time I found a hair in the ice cream which can happens to everyone, a "sales assistant" looked at me disgustedly and changed my ice cream without even apologizing delicious ice cream but change staff!!
