I recommend everyone to stop by Uncle Pietro's, for those who love good artisanal ice cream, not to mention the granitas, so much variety at a low price, a tradition carried on by Uncle Pietro's nephews, well done guys.

Simple, nit fancy, but good gelateria with ice cream, granita and brioche. We lived nearby and have seen lots of locals who buy granita here. Works from 1964.

I highly recommend this place for its extensive experience in making excellent gelato and delicious granitas. Uncle Pietro has become a symbol of the Civita neighborhood, a must-visit for truly delicious Catanian gelato!

THE BEST ICE CREAM I’VE HAD IN SICILY! I tried several flavors during my stay, and every single one was truly delicious. On top of that, the guy who served us was extremely kind. Our friend, who was traveling with us, has a severe vanilla allergy that could be life-threatening within seconds. He patiently checked every single recipe to make sure she could safely enjoy the ice cream as well. We are deeply grateful and wish him all the best! 🍦🍨❤️

Gelato and granitas like they used to be. Excellent quality at low prices. The brioche alone is so good it's worth the trip. I recommend the almond and mulberry granitas.

14/09/2025: Everything was good, the service was fast, the location was very nice, authentic, they didn't rip you off, and the food was good. Not the easiest to get to if you don't know Macchia.
12/09/2025: The panoramic view of the Ionian coast, the terrace for summer evenings with live music, and the spacious interior make this place ideal for friends and family. The restaurant is ideal for events or simply for an evening with friends. My group and I, when we're looking for a cool evening and great food, this is the first place we think of. Dario, his wife, and all the staff make you feel at ease. See you next time!!

Ristorante La Curva - Capomulini

08/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, found by chance. They seated us and treated us with kindness and attention, even though it was almost 3:00 PM. The menu was varied; everything we tried was very good and well-cooked (even the grilled vegetables were very flavorful). The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and new, with a beautiful view of the small village. P.S. Anna and Salvo, two truly kind and attentive waiters! Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
07/10/2025: The owner gave an incredible experience! Must try spot in Capo Mulino with water views.
