Quick break, good tramezzino, wide selection, even panini. Good ingredients. Limited indoor space, just a few tables and stools... large outdoor area under the arcades. Rough, serious service... we were there in a few minutes, mobbed by hungry students... thank goodness we were leaving... 😏 They don't have restrooms. 🧐

23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram. I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.
20/04/2025: We were there last night. The pizza was exceptional, made with top-quality ingredients. I loved it, and we'll definitely be back.
