Gelateria Veneta In Viareggio

We had two gelatos with two flavors, pistachio and salted caramel and pistachio and mascarpone. While the premise was good with a decent base, both had a milky aftertaste, the result was truly disappointing. If I choose pistachio, I'd like the gelato to taste like pistachio; if I choose mascarpone, the same goes. But if the flavors all taste the same, something isn't right. It needs to be reconsidered.

Great coffee and delicious ice cream.

Prices are high, but average for the area and the time of year we live in. Friendly staff who do their job. They're willing to let you sample the food with a spoon (which is normally the norm, but other places have sometimes told me not to). The spritz was good, average. There's no table service.

On the Viareggio promenade. Everything is gluten-free, including the cones. Only the crepes, which are sold separately. They are not part of the AIC network. Good ice cream.

Excellent ice cream shop. Excellent ingredients. Quality ice cream. Prices in line with the location. Friendly staff. Why 4 stars and not 5? The restrooms are not up to par with the place, extremely dirty and poorly maintained.

A good selection of flavors, all delicious. Their creamy ice creams are worth trying.

We were on a family walk and stopped at this ice cream shop, and we had a great time.

È da tre anni che vado a prendere il gelato; nell’ultimo periodo (luglio 2025 ) il servizio è scadente in particolare modo una signora con un foulard in testa in più occasioni e giorni diversi è stata scortese e spigolosa ….. penso propio di cambiare ….
