Gelateria Testa In Torino

From Milan on an occasion passing through Turin, I tried Gelateria Testa. The ice cream was really good, with the owner's explanations I appreciated the difference in Chantilly ice cream which is processed differently and therefore remains crunchy in the mouth with that sensation which, if you don't know it, makes you think it didn't come out well, but instead it's particularity. Really good pistachio. But the cream???? World. I'll be back for the eggnog with cream which is rumored to be equally spectacular.
