10/11/2025: A very beautiful hotel. Luxurious, clean, with excellent amenities. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The rooms are very pretty and comfortable. The bathrooms are really nice and well-equipped, with a hairdryer, bathrobes, and toiletries. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom is a really nice touch! The bed is very spacious and comfortable. The only downside, which prevents me from giving it 5 stars, is the noise. We were on the first floor facing the street. We felt like the window was open because we could hear so much street noise. It was really disturbing, and all night long there were sirens, trucks, horns, etc. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff, starting at 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday, made a lot of noise in the hallways and in the rooms while they were cleaning. I think it's a bit disrespectful to guests who are trying to rest. It's a shame. Otherwise, it's very well located. The tram stops right in front and it's not far from the center of Milan. I would gladly stay at this establishment again, but requesting a room that does not face the street and is on higher floors.
