Located in the heart of the city, this welcoming venue manages to combine an intimate atmosphere with impeccable service. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a delicious aroma that anticipates the gastronomic experience that awaits us. The menu is a celebration of local cuisine, with dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I had the pleasure of tasting the chef's proposals, starting from the tartare, moving on to the veal with tuna and finishing with the first courses... Also not to be missed are the exquisite focaccias accompanied by a great choice of wines. The staff is friendly and competent, always ready to recommend the dish of the day or a wine pairing Don't forget to leave room for dessert! Homemade chocolate flan is a true masterpiece, light and enveloping at the same time. In summary, the "vivo 26" Bistro is the ideal place for a romantic dinner, a lunch with friends or even simply to indulge in a moment of gastronomic pleasure.
