30/03/2024: A dear friend of mine, Edoardo Raspelli - famous food critic - always tells me that when you try a new farmhouse or a new restaurant, it's always good to leave a review. If they have worked well, to reward their work and, if they have sinned in something, not to criticize their work but to allow them to correct any defects. I'll start by saying that I've been going to the Agriturismo l'Angolo dei Sogni for a long time and I've always had a great time. They don't have an à la carte menu but they bring you what they prepared that day. In my opinion this is a great thing, because you can always try some new dish. Someone might object: "but what if I find something I don't like?". They always leave you a sheet of paper on the table with the menu of the day printed on it and, if something is not to your liking, you can communicate it to the restaurant manager before starting dinner, so that he can check with the kitchen and possibly try to resolve it. offer you a valid alternative. For example, I am not a lover of vegetables and by now the kitchen knows this and they avoid offering me dishes with vegetables inside. With a price that generally does not exceed €35/38, you can enjoy three excellent starters, a first course, a second course and, to finish with an excellent dessert. Furthermore, the house wine in bulk is very good and so is the bread, since it is prepared freshly by them on the same day. The only thing is the breadsticks which, although they are good, if they were prepared their own, they would be even better, given the bread which is fantastic. At the end of the dinner, you can end on a high note with a bitter and an excellent coffee prepared with the moka and this is a must, given that no one tends to use the moka to prepare coffee anymore. Absolutely recommended farmhouse!
